Super frustrating using this app, even after the updates, the plan takes forever to load the benefits breakdown- I understand its a lot of info but it takes forever that you end up losing interest and logging out. Makes it difficult to see what amount of coverage you have left to use. I've tried several times uninstalling and re-installing the app as well. Disappointing as PBC is such a big organization.

this app is so frustrating to sign in to. all the membership numbers and passwords are correct and it says they are not, i constantly have to uninstall and download again to get in, 6 years of this.Crashes when i want to submit a claim, go figure.

if there is any app ever rated as the worst app, this should win them all. the app basically is just a face cover of links to their website. What's worst, is the app closes to website to even deem operable. So PBC, what are you giving your members who have bought your insurance products? All the tricky loopholes and lesmast coverage for ANY KIND of insurance? You're playing with people's lives. And further agonizing them with a app that doesn't even allow members to do simple things.
