Documents can only be submitted as an image? It doesn't make sense when lots of clinics send out electronic copies only, and then it has to be submitted as a screen shot. Seems kind of silly when more and more people are avoiding hard copies of everything.

it doesn't show anything when I try to view my insurance info, the loading icon just spins endlessly. it also gives me error messages when logging in even though everything is correct , I have to hit login multiple times.

benefits>health page does not load. app cache cleared, app updated, app deleted and reinstalled, and the issue persists. its been several months and the issue has not been rectified.
