I continually get prompted that this app is out of date, but there is no update available. so now every time I've used it in the last 6 months I have to uninstall and reinstall. After reinstalling it still fails the first login attempt with a service issue. the second attempt ends up working.

latest update is awful. the box that had submit claim was on the main page which is where it should be. now you have to play a game of 'where's Waldo' to find it....thats if there. Also loggging in took three attempts because it would not accept my password. and yes its the correct one, correct spelling and typeface. honestly if the app was successful, easy to follow, and pages were in order then there is NO need to change it. thanks.

there's room for improvement, but still usable. Cons: multiple attempts to login, glitches often, only takes screen shots and not PDF files. Pros: easy to review claim history and details all in one convenient view. In comparison to another insurance's UX, this is much more fluid and user friendly.
