What's the point of enabling automatic update if you won't automatically update the app? September 2024: When are you going to fix this app? It was so good and now it's not working on any of my Androids 😥 Your website is pretty awful too. There are nice big blocks advertising all the insurance products you want to sell us but if we have to find something meaningful, it becomes impossible to navigate.

Super frustrating using this app, even after the updates, the plan takes forever to load the benefits breakdown- I understand its a lot of info but it takes forever that you end up losing interest and logging out. Makes it difficult to see what amount of coverage you have left to use. I've tried several times uninstalling and re-installing the app as well. Disappointing as PBC is such a big organization.

constant issues with logging in. The app is a joke, constantly "encountering errors". edit: they somehow have more updates than any app on my phone, but are the most useless of any of them. fire the whole IT team.
