There is a lot to improve. my comment here came after a phone call to support a duration of over 10 minutes, the call did not help at all. the clerk has been trained for the wrong approach. he assumes the customer has got a problem and his job is to explain to the customer why the problem happens. I myself see that the investor has got a serious issue that I have observed and I can very well help identify the root cause(s).

The worst serviceever! I requested a ride and was told the driver would arrive in 5 minutes. More than 15 minutes passed and the driver still hadn’t arrived. On the map, it even looked like the car was getting farther away instead of closer to my location! I tried calling the driver twice, but there was no answer. Of course, I ended up being late for work. Do you really think people’s time is a joke?! And of course, this is not the first or even the second time they’ve pulled this

There is a big difference in prices. Before the trip I see a price and when the trip ends this price changes completely. Not good at all
