2 Many (but not all) employers, government benefits providers, and other originators send direct deposits early with an effective date of 1-4 days later. Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, the Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Payactiv Visa Prepaid Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.

The app worked fine in the beginning, but now won't update. I have not been able to access funds since Apr 26th even though I've been working. My hours don't ever show on the app at all. I emailed them my timesheet, and was told that it was "successfully updated" 6 days ago. Nothing has changed. I've reached out several times, with no solution. On top of that, the app is now saying Earned Wage Access is disabled for me and no one can tell me why.

At first worked fine but has not updated in mote than a week. It says I have over $300 in accessible earnings but when I try to access them I am unable to. I've tried to call customer service unable to get through to them. Also have tried the chat never able to reach anyone. Probably just going to cancel the app if nothing changes or I don't get help.

Edit: Nathan called me and i was able to get access to my earnings in less than 2 minutes! Thank you for fixing the problems i was having! Very upset with this app, after I went on maternity leave it stopped working completely and had lots of glitches. Now that I'm back to working it doesn't show an updated balance or that I have any money available to use when it use to show after 24 hours. I've been trying to fix it for weeks and I'm tired of it.
