2 Many (but not all) employers, government benefits providers, and other originators send direct deposits early with an effective date of 1-4 days later. Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, the Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Payactiv Visa Prepaid Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.

I was trying to transfer funds from payactiv account to my credit/debit card, however it took several agents to find the problem, because the transfer could not be complete. After several hrs for them to search the problem, they found out that it was my bank card at fault, it was blocking the transaction to payactiv to complete the transaction. My bank only wanted for me to upgrade my debit/card. After I did that, the transfer was complete and satisfied. Thank you payactiv for the efforts.

I find this app really useful, but there's some features that never seem to work. I still love it, and use it fairly often. But, for the last month, or so, my hours have stopped logging, and I'm no longer able to pull any earned wages off. (Edit) it's now been over a month, and still no word back, even after emailing, and trying to reach to reach support through the app.

App is no good after the last update it loads slow, that's if it loads at all ! Its like rolling the dice on if its going to work or not. So if you reallly have an emergency for cash please make sure that you have a contingency plan. I will be closing my account with payactiv immediately if this problem persists, because im not going to be paying for a service that i cannot even utilize when i need it. And the two stars is because at one point it was working fairly.
