The staff is excellent!! Cheerful, helpful and just plain excellent people! the on line banking is almost my life line. I meved away from London several years ago but I've never had a problem that the staff was not EXTREMELY HELPFUL with everything.

Edit 1 hour later: Logged in, works fine. That was weird. [Old: Works fine on old phone in one hand, won't allow login on new phone OnePlus 7T Pro in other hand. Simply spins forever after entering username, can't get to password to sign in.]

my app keeps closing it will not let me log in. everytime i get to the verify to type in access code it closes the app
