The UI is less than pleasing on this thing, it'll delete whatever you had in your bag if you close the app momentarily, it doesn't have an accurate representation of the items a store has (e.g., they'll only show the 16 oz monster but list it at the same price as a 24 oz), and there's times none of the item options load in (the images won't show, so you can't know what selection of items is which).

You can not place a mobile order without paying for it first anymore. I'm not keeping a credit card on file with a regional convenience store. I always purchase more items when I get there and now have multiple transactions. The new system incentives walking in, grabbing it and bypassing all impulse purchases, of which the entire store's layout is designed to create. It will also make more transaction fees. This seems very odd for a business. I find myself using competitors more often now.

This app was ok but then they redesigned it and everything is so hard to find. It does not even take you to your favorite store as you have to find it on the map every time. It is a ton of clicks to see gas prices and you can only see one station at a time. Who ever developed this likely never used it. Ordering food for the first time you might just give up as it is so hard to find. Today I tried logging in and I just waited and never got in and the app froze. Time to move on.
