Builder App - Financial Control for Your Construction Projects
Manage your construction projects with ease. Builder App was designed for site managers, contractors, and freelancers who need to record, analyze, and present the financial status of their projects from their mobile phones, without relying on Excel.
What can you do with Builder App?
Real-time KPIs
Instantly check the financial status of each project: income, expenses, available balance, and cash flow updated with every transaction.
Income and Expense Recording
Capture each transaction with category, line item, amount, account, date, and notes, in fewer steps and faster. Each transaction can be recorded in two modes: Scheduled (budgeted, pending) or Completed (executed and paid). For each transaction, you can: view complete details with version history, make partial payments, split transactions for better control, edit, duplicate to quickly capture similar transactions, reopen a completed transaction if you need to modify it, and delete. Filter by type, category, account, or date to find any transaction in seconds.
Photographic Evidence
Attach up to 3 photos per transaction to support each expense or income directly from your camera or gallery.
Document Module
Save and organize your project documents directly in the app: images, PDFs, plans, contracts, and building permits. Available offline, with customizable names and quick access from the project dashboard.
Project Log
Keep a construction journal with notes and share it with a tap.
Task Module with Kanban Board
Organize your project tasks with a drag-and-drop board. Move cards between columns and keep track of progress.
Financial Charts
Visualize the distribution of expenses by category and the behavior of cash flow over time.
Executive Reports in Excel
Export the complete transaction history in Excel format to present to clients or partners.
