Ever since the last update, the app becomes unresponsive. It lags when you type. I've never had to close and then restart the app as much as I have to do now. I've been using it basically since the beginning on different mobile devices, always worked really well until now. If I didn't use Slack so much, I would uninstall the app completely. Extremely frustrating! Please fix ASAP! Update - everything is working again as expected after the last update. Thanks for the fix.

Slack is the yardstick for two main reasons: it works and it's ubiquitous. I have experienced nothing but frustration with Microsoft Teams and its technical issues (included with Office 365). I do wish Slack would take a leaf out of Twist's book though and provide a 3-pane navigation system where each channel can have separate discussions. That would be an immense improvement to organisation.

It is often difficult and confusing to navigate the UI and send messages. I have a relatively very high tech acuity, and this app is not intuitive in many ways. E.g., my boss recently started a group thread with three people. Seems simple enough. But then in someone's reply, it started some new "sub thread" or conversation, and when I tried to reply to that, the app prompts me to select whether I want to also send the message to the group. So confusing! Please simplify process and organization.

Bug fixes
• Fixed: Switching between workspaces outside of your larger organization via the “Jump to…” menu was failing. We suppose that’s less of a jump and more of a leap, but either way it was a bug. And no one enjoys leaping bugs. We are sorry for making you think about leaping bugs.
