About this app

🔔 Spirit Bell – Paranormal Detection Tool

👻 A modern take on the infamous Dead Bell device – now with more sensors!

The Spirit Bell app detects environmental changes and rings the bell when anomalies are detected. Whether you're on a ghost hunt or conducting a paranormal investigation, this tool can help you monitor unseen activity.

*******************************

🎯 How to Use

1️⃣ Place your phone in the desired area
2️⃣ Tap "Calibrate" – This sets a baseline for sensor readings
3️⃣ Step away & let the app do its work
4️⃣ If movement or environmental changes are detected, the bell will ring!

🚫 DO NOT move the phone after calibration. If you need to reposition, simply press "Back", move the device, and recalibrate.

*******************************

📡 Multiple Sensor Detection

The Spirit Bell app uses a variety of sensors to detect environmental changes:

🧲 EMF Sensor – Detects magnetic & electromagnetic fields using the Magnetometer
📦 Movement Sensors – Monitors device movement & vibrations using the Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Linear Accelerometer & Gravity Sensor
📏 Proximity Sensor – Detects objects moving close to the device
💡 Light Sensor – Monitors changes in surrounding light levels
🌬️ Air Pressure Sensor – Detects fluctuations in ambient air pressure
🌡️ Temperature Sensor – Monitors temperature changes
💦 Humidity Sensor – Detects shifts in relative humidity
💧 Dew Point / R-Humid Sensor – Measures moisture levels using Relative Humidity & Temperature Sensors

📢 Not all devices have every sensor! The app will automatically use the available sensors and display "Sensor Not Found" for missing ones.

*******************************

🔧 Adjust Sensitivity – If certain sensors are too sensitive and generating false positives, you can disable individual sensors by tapping their box on the screen.

*******************************

🔒 Google License Verification

To prevent fraud, Google Licensing is implemented.

📶 An internet connection is required during the app’s loading sequence for verification. You can disable the internet after the app has launched.

This is pretty much the spirit music box app, but with a bell. I actually prefer the bell over the music, it's easier to notice and rings loudly. However, I'm finding that only half of the 8 options work. The EMF, Motion, Light, and Pressure all work great. But the Proximity doesn't go off at all, even when I lift the phone up and shake it around. The Temp, Humidity, and R-Humid all tell me my sensor can't be found, even though my phone should have them. I'm on a Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Really useful app for use on paranormal investigations as the sound of the bell can be clearly heard from another room. This useful facility though, does create one tiny niggle as you are unable to see which of the sensors has triggered the sound of the bell. If the app contained some sort of data logging capabilites it would give the user the opportunity to check for any natural phenomenon, contaminating the location.

That's a great idea, I will look in to it. In the meantime, you could use your phones screen recorder and check the video at a later date

The EMF detector does not stop ringing, no matter where I am or how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app.
