🎥 YouTube API Usage

Aldous uses the official YouTube Player API to stream publicly available content directly from YouTube.

• No videos are downloaded, stored, or modified — everything plays securely within the YouTube framework.
• Aldous ensures full compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service and API policies.
• Creators’ videos, monetization, and channel analytics remain completely unaffected.

To protect YouTube’s systems and ensure fair use of network resources, Google automatically limits the number of API requests each app can make in a given period. After extended continuous use (roughly 2-3 hours of streaming), the app may temporarily stop loading new videos. This is normal and means the YouTube API has throttled further requests.

Access will automatically restore between approximately 5 minutes to 24 hours, when the daily quota resets.

I used this in an abandoned chapel room, and it kept mentioning God. it is very simple to use and I love that you can mute the static noise. I look forward to using this app a lot more. only downside is it does require internet to work so make sure you're in an area with good reception and stay away from other devices that may trigger from the use of it like rempods. suggest adding this to your investigations ASAP.

I have most of the paranormal apps, and this one was advertised as brand new from the same company that makes Spirit Talker. So, I figured it has to be good as well, right? No. Save your money, because this one sucks and I see no point to it other than to artificially raise the paranormal channels views as it cycles through them. I see no use for this app, and actually, if it was possible get a refund on Google Play Store, I definitely would.

This app is really cool! Such a unique new way to gather intelligent communication evidence. I have gotten a couple of results that correlated to the location I was at. I also like the feature of being able to choose which youtube channels the video gets sourced from, very helpful update!
