I hardly ever leave reviews, but this app has became so horrendous to use. It was easy to use when I first downloaded it, now that I need to use it more frequently, I've had nothing but issues. My issues range from not being able to reload funds due to errors and now I can't log in as it spins indefinitely until I close it.

This app needs so much work. I had to input my credit card information, 27 times in order to get it to upload. I had a cancelation decline for no reason. And then I owed more money, because I can't just update my card information, and then have it auto. Deduct, again, I have to pay the fine because there's an administrative fee. Because their website and app are terrible. Maybe update the app. You guys take so much money from us as citizens that you Literally could pay for twenty seven apps tha

While trying to replenish funds on the app, it kept loading and wouldn't move forward. First, when entering my address and then when submitting the payment. I called the customer support number and it gave me a $25 minimum instead of the usual $10. I didn't need to replenish it by that amount but I had no choice. If the app was working, I wouldn't had to call.
