Unable to download the image or ppt, or pdf, pls fix this issue immediately

Hey im part of company which uses your services...since a few days the dashboards which used to work has stopped rendering post filtering only the first sheet gets rendered. But whereas if i download in pdf or image the whole data shows. Ive been trying to reach out to tableau customer service but no luck.I am not sure what more I can do since its affecting the employees who use tableau on mobile. Requesting help.

Well. It works, but that is as far i as would go. On the mobile, this app is not of a much of the use. Half of the information is missing due to wrong screen sizing. Whatever is on the right side of the tables is just not visible. I cant resize it or make the option window disappear. Its very frustrating when i need to click on the item and go to "View data" option just to see details normally visible on PC. It could be way better.
