I love the idea, the implementation of the idea is broken. Subscriptions don't actually give you the meals they say they will, sometimes if you're filling a box and code the app without sending it ... the contents disappear ... you're not supposed to lose your dog if you miss a couple days as a subscriber and you don't ... however you start at square one again unlocking their profile. Probably the worst part of this app is that I have sent multiple emails to no avail. Great idea, bad app

I LOVE the concept but it is very glitchy... Ex. Taking away "lives saved", sometimes the poop and shower buttons would take forevee to come up when opening the app, etc. Also i do NOT like the new "treat wheel" update... Less chances to win anything at all, hardly get to play the little mini game at all anymore, and i just really preferred the regular spin wheel. Otherwise i would HAPPILY give 5 stars

The poop and the shower buttons come up in two ways - After you finish your daily rolls or by clicking on the virtual dog.
The new board has the same chances to win treats as the fortune wheel had. However, you're right, for making it more attractive, accessing mini-games can be only via the board.

Love the idea behind this app but there have been a couple of glitches...logged in and my info was turned back to helping only 2 dogs when I've helped 4, showed the dog I had was one already adopted, and nearly all treats gone...resolved itself but it took 3 days and dogs health near zero. Another time I logged in and all info was gone... it was back as if I had just started, but again it resolved itself. Now since the update it gets stuck loading so can't get in at all!

Hi Kimberly! Sorry for that, indeed we are still in a beta version, and now releasing our new user interface :) We really hope you would like it! We're working on fixing that loading bug, pretty soon there will be a new available version.
