I love this game and I play it constantly, just as I have for the last two years. It's a ton of fun, but I had to change my review. Since they added the Private Quarters game mode, the game has lost a lot of it's core stability, immediately working more poorly than before the feature. It freezes frequently, it gets stuck on loading all the time, and even with a good connection, the UI is frequently unresponsive. Really disappointed with the game's functionality over the last couple months.

There is this glitch when watching stories in the Memory section. When you come to an dialogue option (most of which change nothing in the story, so why are they there), the story won't continue after selecting an option. You can leave and return, but sometimes the it will freeze at that one scene no matter how often you restart. It's annoying.

Ive played this game for 9 years. They do not care about it anymore. every update and event is just the same thing, the new characters arent interesting or ever seen again, and the gameplay is stale and boring. There is also still no pity system for SR level ships. I've done 200 pulls for the new ship that has an 8% drop chance and all I've gotten is the other available 7 times. It breaks my heart to leave this game after so long but its just not worth it, and there are better games to play.
