The login fails many times and the remember me option doesn't work smoothly. Options for retrieval of password is very complex and changing password is also very complex compared to other sites. UI needs more attention to be user friendly

Multiple login issues. Bills are generated 2-3 times in a month. Billing details are not clear. Previous and current months bills are all jumbled up. Very poor implementation and totally user unfriendly.

Not user friendly.. Bills and its Details are not mentioned clearly. Very confusing. Already paid for May and Mid June month and now again it's asking to pay for the same units which were charged for Previous Month. Totally confused and useless app.
