Disappointing experience compared to the TAQA Abu Dhabi app. Despite being the same company, this version lacks UAE PASS integration. Additionally, the registration process is broken the app does not send the SMS verification code, making it impossible to create an account. Please fix the SMS gateway and sync the login features with the Abu Dhabi app.

the app is not working and asking for an update. no update available!!

Not user friendly.. Bills and its Details are not mentioned clearly. Very confusing. Already paid for May and Mid June month and now again it's asking to pay for the same units which were charged for Previous Month. Totally confused and useless app.
