This app is absolutely horrible . It is supposed to work for people who are unable to visit the bank or stay abroad. I have been trying to open the app here in Germany and I keep getting the same error. "Connection timed out". Installed the app on multiple devices still getting the same error. Have connected with VPN , BUT NO CHANGE. Govt has a long way to go if this is the condition of digital service .

"Another Monumental Governmental IT Disaster" keeps on saying improve lighting, tried additional lights, tried out in bright sunlights, same error , which is actually just an excuse or another way of saying either server is busy or the app cannot work right now. Don't know what more I can do? might have to bring the SUN inside the room. Shows the same error message even when it completes the scan and submits it. Sometimes works in 1st attempt but at other times took more than 10 attempts.

I like the app and the convenience it offers. however, I have observed that the app suddenly refuses to function. one has to go into the app to realize that an update is pending, update it and then start using it. it appears that a life certificate update was due for me some months back and i never got any notification. i realised that my pension had not been paid out,for 8 months. requesting the app developers to keep this use case in mind.
