we ordered the food at 6:30pm, it's already 9:29pm and still nothing !! we can't even cancel the order, well the thing gets worse as we called them several time and they didn't pick the call, one time they picked the call and told us to wait a minute so that they can check the order, after a minute they cut the call and didn't receive our call the next time we called, we even faced unprofessional behavior from them in their outlet located in shewrapara. if there was an option to give "0" stars,

I have ordered 2 times through this app. Both times they made a mess for my order. First time they have provided me with the wrong product delivery and second time they had provided the wrong phone number to the delivery man. The most disgusting part is they don't have any time scenes. Minimum, Estimate delivery time more than an hour.

I got the worst of the worst. I placed order, in app it shows order placed. Then I received call and they declined my order saying not in their area. If app is not working correctly / updated why have the order features. some kind of joke. Wasted my 20mins and happiness instantly
