Couldn't remove an item after adding it to the cart. It says the minimum quantity should be 1, even when there are other items in the cart. No real-time delivery tracking system. Need to enter the address twice. I spent too much time entering the first address properly, which later seemed not required.

not a bad app but y'all need to fix some bugs. sometimes I order stuff and it doesn't get confirmed and I have to order it twice to get the confirmation message/call. another bug would be when I order something, get the food delivered but the app doesn't update that, so the app checkmarks "pending", "accepted" and "shipped" but never "delivered"...

One of THE WORST app I've ever used to order something. Let's skip all the stuff related to fixing address and all but when it comes to delivering, it is literally the worst. I ordered at 8 pm today. By 8:15, I received a call from them, saying that they cannot send their own riders to my location (which is very close to their shop) for unknown reasons, and will be delivering through foodpanda and said it'll take approx an hour. I'm now writing this review at 11 pm, and still no food 🙂
