I downloaded the AARP Now app yesterday. At first glance I thought the app seems very abbreviated. 4 categories at the top of the Home page. 1) NOW, news is somewhat relevant, although I don't really care about the resurgence of pinball machines, 2) CALENDAR, empty, and since I live in a small town I don't expect to use it very much if at all, 3) DEALS, nice to have, but being on a fixed income, I don't do a whole lot of shopping, traveling, etc. But again, I like that it's part of the app, 4) AARP, My Events, empty just like Calendar. My Deals, empty. Settings, 3 settings in total; My Profile, Notifications and Darken Colors. Oh and of course, Contact Us. What I hoped to get was a dynamic, interactive, fun, beautiful experience. What I got was basic and void of ample content , and not at all what I'd expect from an organization like AARP.
A very nice app that does exactly what it says. While I don't like having a lot of apps on my phone, I do appreciate the value of this one!
Tried 4 times to reset my password. Still haven't received the email link
Application does what it's designed to do. Up-to-date information. So far no know issues
Enjoying so far. I am excited about this membership and organization. I believe in the vision here. AARP Is doing a great work!
At one point it worked well. Now it is not connecting at all.
