Most stores are to slack to participate. Regardless of the fact that it shows you a store map that has a listed amount in stock & tells you a price for the items tells you what aisle in that particular store and what bin location on that asile in that store, all this information is false because they do not necessarily carry this item in the store at all. And if they do carry it in your location the map may be wildly inaccurate. Don't expect the employees to know much or try hard.
Lowe's Fantastic app. Huge, beautiful update! Wish lists & other list features are top notch. Aisle numbers for all in-stock items! Accurate info & inventory. Problems: Quick List is not shared, unlike regular Lists. Cart is a mess: Cannot click item to see info or aisle, and forced to log in (verify password) way too frequently. Fix: Do not use Cart unless ready to purchase, instead use Lists.
35MB? Seriously? Is the size due to the fact that your app has all of that fancy video? I wish I could just use your web site on my phone, but it will not work with Google chrome! Fix your web site and people wouldn't need to use this bloatware.
The App never recognizes my email to log in for bill pay. I now have 3 my lowes accounts that show tied to my phone number none of which are valid or show any of my purchases...so what's the point? Very un happy with the app and lowes in general
Was good.. Then, with the update, removed all access to credit card account, which was my primary reason for using the app. Next to useless to me now. Pretty lame to make it harder for your customers to make payments on your proprietary card. Back to the website, I suppose.
Much worse The older app was so much better, with this update I can not go and look for building supplies, plumbing, electrical, well basically anything to do with remodeling a home. I hit the button for building supplies and all it says is that item cannot be found. Quit trying to be fancy and stay with what works.
