About this app

QR code access control for events, businesses, and attendance management: Register entries and exits from mobile devices, track capacity in real time, and manage everything from the web panel. Works with or without network coverage: no scan is lost (online and offline). A thorough audit has been conducted to ensure that it now supports hundreds of thousands of high-speed, loss-free scans. The QRacceso platform is used at events, conferences, businesses, and any activity that requires access control.

MAIN FEATURES
• QR and barcode reading, with continuous scanning for doors with queues and compatible external readers.

• Real-time entry and exit registration, with up-to-date capacity.

• Alerts for repeated or duplicate scans, configurable per event: allow or deny access.

• Seat tracking at the door: zone, row, and seat upon scanning, with an error message for incorrect door.

• Online and offline functionality: Without network coverage, readings are saved on the mobile device and uploaded in batches when the network is restored, with server confirmation.

• Last-minute attendee registration via a form.

Attendees can be searched using any of their details, with a button to register entry/exit.

• Limited user access (readers) for security personnel, with each reading attributed to their device.

• Import of lists from Excel (.xlsx or .csv).

• Statistics and export of the reading list to Excel.

• App available in 6 languages: Spanish, English, Catalan, Basque, French, and Galician.

WEB CONTROL PANEL
Import attendees, manage guest lists, send invitations with QR codes, view access statistics, export attendance reports, manage registration and sales, and provide support to your attendees.

GETTING STARTED
1. Create your administrator account at https://control.qracceso.com/register
2. Import your attendee list or activate online registration and sales.

3. Create reader users for your staff (Readers menu and assignment under EVENT > READERS).

4. Log in to the app, select the event, and start scanning.

discard summary. No read is removed from the phone until the panel confirms
