About this app

Access and delivery control with QR codes for events, businesses, and attendance tracking: register entries, exits, and deliveries from your mobile device, monitor capacity in real time, and manage everything from the web panel. Works with or without network coverage: no scan is missed.

MAIN FEATURES
• QR and barcode reading, with continuous reading for doors with queues and compatible external readers.

• Real-time entry and exit registration, with up-to-date capacity.

• Alerts for repeated or duplicate scans, configurable per event: allow or deny access.

• Seating at the door: zone, row, and seat upon scanning, with an incorrect door alert.

• Online and offline operation: without network coverage, scans are saved on the mobile device and uploaded in batches when the network is restored, with server confirmation.

• Last-minute attendee registration with a form.

• Search for attendees by any of their details, with a button to register entry/exit. • Limited user access (readers) for security personnel, with each reading attributed to their device.

DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION CONTROL (NEW)
An event can be configured as a DELIVERY campaign, and the entire app changes its vocabulary: the buttons say DELIVERY and DELIVERED, the counters track deliveries and returns, and a previously used code displays "Already Delivered." Same scanning, same functionality without network coverage, and same reports. Designed for the delivery of packages and baskets, gift and material deliveries, voucher redemptions, and order pickups: each delivery is recorded with its time and the person responsible.

WEB CONTROL PANEL
Import attendees, manage guest lists, send invitations with QR codes, view access statistics, export attendance reports, manage registration and sales, and provide support to your attendees.

GETTING STARTED
1. Create your administrator account at https://control.qracceso.com/register
2. Import your attendee list or activate online registration and sales.

3. Create reader users for your staff (Readers menu and assignment under EVENT > READERS).

4. Log in to the app, choose the event, and start scanning.

What’s new

• NEW: DELIVERY mode. When enabled on the dashboard, the app speaks in deliveries ("DELIVERY", "Delivered", "Already delivered") and counts deliveries and returns: hampers, gifts or vouchers.
• It records why a step wasn't registered: closing the window, cancelling or denying leave distinct records.
• An exit by someone not checked in is flagged as a warning, even offline.
• History and detail show each action by name, and warnings as warnings.
• Capacity is unchanged: warnings never add.
