About this app

QR code access control for events, businesses, and attendance tracking. QRAcceso Online works both online and offline.

It allows you to register attendee entry and exit using mobile devices and manage the entire system from a web-based administration panel.

The QRacceso platform is used for events, conferences, businesses, and any activity that requires access control.

Main features:

Advanced Platform Options

The QRacceso platform allows you to activate additional features depending on the type of event or activity:

• Attendee registration website.

• Online ticket sales with Stripe payment. Option for recurring events with schedules/shifts.

• Sending invitations/accreditations via email and/or SMS.

• Generation of PDF accreditations with QR codes and fully customizable designs, with the option to use artificial intelligence to generate templates.

• Generation of Apple Wallet-compatible tickets (.pkpass) that can be downloaded or attached to emails.

• Generation of attendance certificates in PDF format.

Web Control Panel

From the web panel you can:

• Import attendees from Excel (.xlsx or .csv)
• Manage guest lists.

• Send invitations with QR codes.

• View access statistics.

• Export attendance reports.

• Manage registration and sales.

• Provide support to attendees.

Create an account:
• To use the application, you must create an account at:
• https://control.qracceso.com/register
• The account created is an administrator account.

• From the web panel, you can create reader users for access control personnel (from the main menu, Readers, and assignment under EVENT > READERS, for each event).
