About this app

QRAccess is the English/international version of the QRACCESO platform, a QR code-based access control, accreditation and ticketing service developed by ABARCANDO, SL.

QRAccess is designed for events, venues, training sessions, buildings, shared facilities and any situation where organizers need to manage attendees, issue credentials, validate QR codes and control entry and exit from a mobile device.

With the QRAccess Android app and the web control panel, organizers can scan attendee QR codes, register entry and exit actions, monitor current capacity, review reading history and manage event access in real time.

QRAccess lets event managers create PDF accreditations, badges, tickets or credentials using HTML and CSS, making it easy to adapt each design to the event, brand or organization. AI tools such as ChatGPT can help generate or adapt these templates.

Credential emails can also be customized in plain text or HTML, giving organizers control over the message, layout and visual style sent to attendees. The platform can use external SMTP servers when each organization needs to send emails through its own infrastructure.

QRAccess also supports configurable PKPASS generation for Apple Wallet, allowing attendees to store digital passes on their mobile devices.

For paid events, QRAccess can be configured to sell tickets using Stripe payments, covering access control, registration, accreditation and ticketing workflows in one platform.

Unlike subscription-based systems, QRAccess does not require a monthly fee. You only purchase the attendee balance you need. If the balance is used up, you can recharge it and continue using the service.

From the web panel, organizers can import attendees from Excel, add them individually, generate accreditations, send QR codes, configure emails, manage payments, download attendee data and control event settings.

Each authorized person receives a unique QR code, which can be delivered by email, SMS, PDF accreditation, Apple Wallet pass or another method chosen by the event manager.
