The app doesn't work for me despite my controller being connected to my phone. The back buttons on my Ultimate Bluetooth Controller are effectively useless until I get a Windows laptop which I currently do not own. I only have a laptop with Linux on it which from what I've read in other reviews, isn't supported either. I guess it's a good thing I'm only using the controller for the Switch at the moment, but having full functionality to play around with would be nice.

my bf bought me an SN30 Pro for Xbox gamepad for my birthday, which is supposed to be an android controller and as I understand it, is supposed to be customizable with this app. The gamepad itself is great, love it. However I cannot open this app, it just crashes as soon as I press the icon. A message pops up saying, "Ultimate Software has stopped" and eventually "Ultimate Software keeps stopping." Will update review if app is ever fixed.

The application crashes 99% of the time I try and open it. It would identify the controller, and the second the controller pairs with the phone it would freeze up and eventually crash. The new update that came out in January of 2023 made it to where the app crash is on lunch, so now it doesn't do anything. I was only able to get it to open one time, and the features look like they were nice, I'd love to be able to use them again. Pixel 3xl and Samsung Galaxy A13 (android 12)
