App was constantly crashing anytime I wanted to do bank to telecel wallet transaction. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Now I cannot set as primary because the app crashes anytime I select my ID preference. I don't even get the chance to enter the ID number. I am very disappointed in ABSA. I am switching bank to Fidelity bank.

For almost 2 months, I've not been able to use the app. Keeps crashing when I choose preference ID for forgotten password set up. I've sent a mail, called and went to branch to report all to no avail. SMS banking doesn't help much. This is so bad 👎

This app is very slow, u try login and it will take longer to get into ur account, sometimes it doesn't open at and tells you ur data is not good, but that same data is used to browse through Facebook and even make app downloads.. So why?
