The app doesn't work. I can't log into my personal account on the app and when I contacted customer service (the app suggested I do), they say there's nothing they can do about it. Aside that, when you want to make any kind of transfer on the app, it will randomly tell you that it's out of service, so try later. The Absa Ghana App needs to be updated, and made to be efficient, because it's really frustrating 😤.

In the app I can't see my investment balance , only the savings account balance. And please also add options to terminate your investment plan when you want to. how can I only purchase but can't terminate it. This would really reduce time wasting and improve customer service

The app isn't working for me. For two weeks, I've been trying to reset my password, but I keep getting a "Temporarily out of service" error, even after receiving and approved successfully linked device message. I have already contacted customer service four times and visited a branch twice, as the error message suggests, but the issue still hasn't been resolved.
