This is hands down of the WORST apps I use due to the fact of how SLOW it is. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with 5G connection ABOVE 300MBPS. Logging in with fingerprint takes around 10-15 seconds to load and bring me to the home screen. To transfer money to another bank, the whole process from logging in to the transaction being successful takes minimum 3 minutes due to loading times. Juice, Maubank, My.T money are much faster. Upgrade your infrastructure and hire better engineers.

Got the same issue as another user reported. Once you open the app for first time it works fine. When you close it and reopen it it's stuck on the main absa logo screen (not the login page) only way to solve it to go to apps and Force stop it. Got a Samsung S23+ and it worked fine before the update.

there is a very annoying bug right now when you want to transfer money to another bank and you input the bank, it close the app and it is frustrating as not only is the function on the absa app limited, now you also fail to do your transaction during critical moments. very dissapointed with app
