It has been working alright since I got it last year, but lately, it has been crashing to a point where it has become useless. I thought, let me uninstall and reinstall, greatest mistake! Now I can't do anything.

At the moment it's crashing. Will not improve after restart. Has happened before. This is disturbing because it's never good to have delays in accessing one's account. Have never had this problem with my other banking apps. Sometimes it's difficult to log in because the app will say to try later. It's too unstable for a banking app. Edit: I notice that my review is not showing up. I wondered why no reviews are showing for this app. For some reason the developer seems to keep reviews hidden.

I had some issues every time I tried to log in. I would get this error "temporary out of connection, please contact.." i stopped using the app for almost years. Recently, I visited our local branch, and they helped me sort out the problem. It works fine now.
