The ABSA Tanzania app is unfortunately one of the weakest mobile banking apps I've used. It is consistently slow and unresponsive, with every tap taking several seconds before anything happens. Even simple tasks become unnecessarily frustrating because of the long loading times. To make matters worse, the app frequently seems to be under maintenance, reducing its reliability when you actually need to access your account. The app is not reliable and has the poorest performance compared to all the competitors. Doesnt have alot of valuable working features (QR Pay, most used in TZ but not working in thr app). I am stressed every time i open the app to do a transaction as 5/10 times it wont get the task in hand done. I personally move all my finances for day to day gtansaction to Selcom just to be safe as there app is faster, useful and more reliable. Cmon ABSA I know you can do better!

It has been working alright since I got it last year, but lately, it has been crashing to a point where it has become useless. I thought, let me uninstall and reinstall, greatest mistake! Now I can't do anything.
