Formiva Document Maker helps you transform text into a neat document and save it as a PDF right on your Android device. Start with a pre-designed structure or a blank page, format your content, and proofread it before sending.

TEMPLATES FOR EVERYDAY TASKS
Choose an application, receipt, work completion certificate, invoice, resume, meeting minutes, or business letter. Suggestions are built-in; simply replace them with your own information. You can also create a blank document.

EASY-TO-USE EDITOR
• Change the title and text.
• Adjust the font size and type, alignment, line spacing, and margins.
• Choose A4 or Letter page format.
• Add an image, logo, seal, or handwritten signature.
• Insert pre-made blocks for sections, checklists, and dates.
• Changes are saved automatically.

ORGANIZING YOUR DOCUMENTS
Search documents by title and content, add important ones to your favorites, and return to saved versions. Formiva Document Maker stores up to 20 revisions of each document in the app's local database.

PROOFING BEFORE EXPORTING
The readiness indicator helps you spot blank documents, unfilled template fields, extra spaces, and missing signatures where one might be needed. These are cues for self-checking, not legal review.

PDF, PRINTING, AND SENDING
Save multi-page PDFs, print via the Android system service, or send the finished file via other apps. You can import text from TXT and Markdown files, the clipboard, the Share menu, and the Edit Text action.

You don't need an account to use the editor. Basic document creation and export functions work offline. The app is designed for Android 8.0 and later.
