Ratings and reviews

The app makes it easier to communicate with Durham Govt. I would recommend the app be changed to allow me to store account numbers, such as my water account number, and my name, address, and telephone number because it is a pain to re-enter these every time I need to send a request such as a missed waste collection.

The app no longer works. "Whoops, something went wrong" is displayed when attempting to open the app. Highly usable before this though.

Zero stars. A ridiculous app that is not user friendly or intuitive to confirm one's account while signed in the same stupid app. It's redundant asking for the same "security" information over and, over. THIS IS ABSURD!!!
