Access Services Log Angeles is an app that allows you to easily, with a tap of a button, see reservation status and track vehicle in real time.

Easy way to confirm your trip reservation, share your ride experience and rate your driver and vehicle, and get the live ETA for your vehicle.

Access Services LA allows you to check the location of a vehicle n-minutes before your scheduled time. You can use the system with a smartphone, computer and tablet.

* Online Reservations is an easy to use that allows you to manage your upcoming trips with Access. Book a trip to or from a previously visited address, edit an existing trip or cancel a trip, using your smartphone, computer or tablet.

This app is glitchy all the time. Please update and fix the bugs. Most of the time when I try to open the app, it just keeps thinking and never opens at all. What is the point if you can't track your ride. I would also like to suggest that we are able to track where the ride is after being picked up not just being able to track before pickup. This would give caregivers peace of mind that their loved ones using the ride gets to their location safely.

App does not accept my password. I know it is the correct one because I have been using it for months. Please fix it so I can log in. Update can neither log in or reset password. Please update so people don't have to keep calling tech support for your app.

What’s new

The Eligibility Expiration Date Month and Year will be blank, earlier riders were missing to input correct date due to pre-selected default values.
Screen will show popup message in case of any bad data input, earlier it was was disappearing after few seconds.
Phone# format is setup same as on login screen.
