Access Services Log Angeles is an app that allows you to easily, with a tap of a button, see reservation status and track vehicle in real time.

Easy way to confirm your trip reservation, share your ride experience and rate your driver and vehicle, and get the live ETA for your vehicle.

Access Services LA allows you to check the location of a vehicle n-minutes before your scheduled time. You can use the system with a smartphone, computer and tablet.

* Online Reservations is an easy to use that allows you to manage your upcoming trips with Access. Book a trip to or from a previously visited address, edit an existing trip or cancel a trip, using your smartphone, computer or tablet.

Ratings and reviews

This app is glitchy all the time. Please update and fix the bugs. Most of the time when I try to open the app, it just keeps thinking and never opens at all. What is the point if you can't track your ride. I would also like to suggest that we are able to track where the ride is after being picked up not just being able to track before pickup. This would give caregivers peace of mind that their loved ones using the ride gets to their location safely.

I just need to set an earlier time when I want to attend important appointments, for example, my intake interview. I had a 3pm intake to attend, and I was 50 minutes late. My access driver dropped off and did another pickup(s). I was there for over 10 minutes. My ride showed up at 4:05pm. It was a short stay. Next time, if I have somewhere to attend at 3pm, I should be there 10 minutes early.

This app wasn't the best it became useless because it only goes by recent trips for drop offs and not letting me set up different drop offs that are not places I been to. it is not always available this app becomes useless when it's down for a outage too not only those, but also has to be down sometimes, it was annoying that I have to depend on mainly on making phone calls last long to set my rides and text message option I tried to depend became useless it was not properly helping me either!
