Ratings and reviews

I am not recommending this app. First, they put your transactions under review. When you try to cancel, they tell you it takes 3 to 5 working days to return your payment. Instead of helping, they recommend that you complete the transaction, saying it’s better for you, which is unprofessional. Worst app, worst experience.

Finally I got rid of a very pathetic user experince. It was my first time using this app and most probably the last time as well. The support system is very substandard and I won't recommend it to others. Even though I provided all the legel documents still I was asked some cheap documents like to provide your bank statement blah blah blah.

very good and smooth transfer process but a little lengthy and ACE company should take money direct from our bank account without using the debit/ credit cards because we pay extra charges to use the debit/credit cards unfortunately sometimes, that is why we don't use ACE so often and prefer other transfer company which take money direct our bank accounts or we ourselves make transfer to company's account and then company further forward to our overseas recipient. Anyway thnx and regards.
