Ratings and reviews

This app used to be great until the recent upgrade they did to their systems mid 2025. Now it is terrible - I can not see purchases made right away giving me a false balance. Also anytime a payment is made it doesn't show up right away either. Zelle transfers take longer now also when they used to show up instantly. My email notifies me quicker then the app updates. I wish yall would fix it.

This app is horrible. I always have a hard time getting basic functions to load and everything takes forever. If I make a transfer I have to wait several minutes to see if it even went through properly. Any time I make an expense it doesn't show the withdrawn amount right away, it takes 24 HOURS! For me to see any changes to the numbers in my account. Leading me to believe I have more money in my account when in actuality I don't. One star.

Something is seriously wrong after the most recent update. I cannot get this app to work properly. When I open the app, a blank page appears and then...nothing. A "force stop" doesn't help, restarting phone, or uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data - doesn't work anymore. Only way to access my account now is via web browser, which is seriously annoying.
