There's something fishy going on. I have been contacting customer service on how to withdraw my money since I wasn't seeing proper growth..it climbs, then drops even more. Fast forward, the option for customer service doesn't work anymore for me on my app. You click on 'Start live chat' the result is 'Something's gone wrong Content could not be loaded' And I haven't gotten any notification of any general system issue concerning that. So literally there is no way to reach out for assistance!

I had a terrible experience using this app. After making my first deposit, I tried to withdraw only to told I need to wait for 3 days before withdrawal can be made available. That 3 days has exceeded 5 days now, yet I ain't able to withdraw. After I get my money, I am uninstalling this App. I need an investment platform I can withdraw my money in case of emergency, not something I would have to wait for weeks.

It is really bad because my ID verification is frozen for about two weeks now and not verified and there's a wrong message of them saying that, the verification will be done within one working day. And when I want to withdraw my money they tell me that my ID is not verified but they didn't verify my ID before I deposited. It's really bad
