There's something fishy going on. I have been contacting customer service on how to withdraw my money since I wasn't seeing proper growth..it climbs, then drops even more. Fast forward, the option for customer service doesn't work anymore for me on my app. You click on 'Start live chat' the result is 'Something's gone wrong Content could not be loaded' And I haven't gotten any notification of any general system issue concerning that. So literally there is no way to reach out for assistance!

I have had this app for a few months, and I'm starting to have this feeling it's a scam. I have 2 phone numbers and a bank account number, all from which they make deductions.But for weeks now, I have been logged out. when I tried logging in using the same credentials I used when I was creating the account, an error message popped up saying I didn't not have an account with them. from my email to my 2 phone numbers, none of them worked. I tried send an email seeking help to no avail.

I actually don't like how this app delays in verifying Ghana card details. I deposited money but want to withdraw because the app doesn't appeal to me anymore but it's been more than 5 days now they keep telling me Ghana card is pending verification so I can't withdraw. You guys claim verification takes just one working day so why are you people delaying in verifying? I just want to withdraw my money and delete the account
