Useless app! I made a deposit three days ago. I then tried to place a withdrawal today several times, but my redeemable balance is incredibly lower than my actual money... Your policy is absurd and your customer support services is very poor. I left a message in the live chat portal, it's been hours now but haven't heard anything. This isn't excellent service and your way of providing monetary services is not helpful. What if I urgently needed the money today????? I suggest amendment of policy.

I've been following the app's updates for a while, and so far, all the reviews have been amazing and inspiring, but my concern is why must u deduct a fee when depositing and withdrawing infact it feels uncool. At least make the deposit free. However, a reasonable percentage of a fee should be attached whenever withdrawal is initiated, which would be more inspiring.

Very disappointed...its been 4workings and i still cant withdraw my money from the app. Or i downloaded the wrong one. Said after 3 workings but its 4 and i really need the money now. They dont reply their live chat neither their emails
