I have had this app for a few months, and I'm starting to have this feeling it's a scam. I have 2 phone numbers and a bank account number, all from which they make deductions.But for weeks now, I have been logged out. when I tried logging in using the same credentials I used when I was creating the account, an error message popped up saying I didn't not have an account with them. from my email to my 2 phone numbers, none of them worked. I tried send an email seeking help to no avail.

I've been trying for the past two weeks to make withdrawals on your app and it keeps getting rejected.please help. I'm very frustrated right now. I've tried reaching through email and twitter and even through the app and haven't gotten any response. Please help me

Had a trouble with bank deposit and was promised 4weeks for reversal, its been 7weeks and nothing. What is even more annoying it that, am not given any for of update on the situation, dead silence. aand if i call the help line of Petra, am told they dont have much info on the app and so they will refer to appropriate quarters and that ends it, nothing is done. really disappointing
