Hello I've been using the app for the past few days now and am not happy with it. I wanted to withdraw an amount from my account, and you guys requested my biometric verification. I tried and tried, but you guys gave me an error. So I decided to terminate my account and request my refund. When I did that, you guys blocked me from accessing my account and said that I should contact customer service and that they will attend to me. But when I did that, your app was having issues. Please refund

Had a trouble with bank deposit and was promised 4weeks for reversal, its been 7weeks and nothing. What is even more annoying it that, am not given any for of update on the situation, dead silence. aand if i call the help line of Petra, am told they dont have much info on the app and so they will refer to appropriate quarters and that ends it, nothing is done. really disappointing

It's frustrating to see my money reduced to negative all of a sudden. u people are not picking calls, and neither are u replying on the app. It's clear thievery and doesn't make sense. even if my funds would reduce, i expect that to happen at a slow pace and not outright. what the heck is going on. nobody is giving answers.
