Wonderful app. I've been looking forever for a simple, elegant breathing app and this one is perfect so far. I needed something quiet and dark so I could relax before bedtime and not disturb my partner. It helps me fall asleep and there's also several other breathing exercises including custom programs that you can create and save. There are no ads so far and the one time subscription is reasonable. I'm enjoying this app.

What I was looking for. I use the "moon" because it gives me a visual cue as well by lighting up the room (wall and ceiling) just slightly. By applying a custom color to the circle (in the settings) you can make the "moon" any color disk you want.

I tried a bunch of breathing apps, and this one really seemed to get going faster than the others, and the graphic does a really good job of letting you know when to do what, more intuitively than others.

What's new

If you're reading this, release your shoulders from your ears, unclench your jaw and remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth. We physically tend to hold on to stress in least noticeable ways. Relax.
