With last update just amaizing app!
App is OK but needs improvements Night mode is really needed - now screen is too bright in the dark even on lowest brightness. Stopwatch button and time display must be bigger - when breathing you can be dizzy so it's not easy to find small button. Autosave feature for stopwatch is a must (same reason as for previous one). Also push-ups must be in the left side menu same as breathing. And last is about notes because moderate/good/fantastastic is definitely not enough. P.S. Manual insert of time would be great too.
Great cheap intro to the Win Hot Method! This is a fantastic low-risk way to see if the WHM is for you before you commit to the online course. It chas video instruction on the breathing and pushup exercises, forward stretches, headstand and reverse balance. And the cold shower, of course! It has a timer to time and save your breathing retention times, # of pushups, and how well the other exercises went. This enables you to track your performance over time. It's handy with the online course. I just wish there was an easy way to see stats over time.
