just updated the app & right away got the prompt to update my last name without any action button & the only option it has is to go back from that screen, which will throw me out of the app. test it properly before releasing.

Registering for car insurance policy is quite smooth and easy. Have a car insurance policy since the past 3 years with Acko now. Only when I finally needed to make a claim, did I come to know how frustrating it actually is! While filling out all the details in the form on making a claim, ensure that you don't put the app in the background before submitting the form, else the entire app will reload and the form you filled would be back to sqaure one! Had to face this multiple times! Phew!

I don' know what changes have you made but definitely its a bad change. The app does not open 90% of the time , even it opens it takes more than 1 minute or even more to move to next screen. Totally screwed up app.
