I found it quite disappointing that this app/website doesn't show whether a vehicle already has third-party insurance. Instead, it directly pushes you to buy a comprehensive plan, which feels misleading. Unlike other insurance providers who clearly display existing policy status and give you the option to upgrade or renew accordingly, this app seems more focused on selling than informing. Transparency is key when it comes to insurance.

I purchased an extended warranty and one assist for a laptop as part of a bundled order on Amazon. However, due to Amazon's delay in delivery, I had to cancel the laptop order. Since the warranty and one assist is solely intended for that specific laptop, it holds no value for me without the device. Despite multiple requests, my refund has not been processed. I want to make it absolutely clear that selling a warranty without an associated product is not just illogical but also unfair to the cust

After installing I launched the app. Then a blank purple colour screen appears for about 3 seconds then it became black screen without any text. Nothing. And the app is just stuck with this black screen. I have tried restarting the app, reinstalling still no lick.
