Easily, the most unintuitive and useless app in my phone. Each time you open it, it's literally making you start from the beginning as if you are just downloading the app for the first time. Then you have to scroll through the product line to pick your device (!) as if I have the whole product line to choose from in the Bluetooth range of my backyard...

Crashes even after reinstall twice. I tried agreeing to precise location and I tried not. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and read through other people's reviews. None of it helped. The app just crashed constantly. Feb 2023. So disappointed as I just bought this speaker and one of the reasons I chose it was because it had an app.

I bought a Monster X6 speaker to link up with a friend's X6 for a youth summer camp. The speakers are great, but this app always crashes. Rarely can I get it to stay open. On the occasions it actually opens, it does work for changing the color schemes on the lights and linking two speakers together, but it's frustrating when it doesn't.
