It used to work just fine, but now all it does is crash every few seconds. Please fix whatever bug is in the software. Update: I emailed the company and submitted a ticket and nearly 2 weeks later no response. I would not recommend this app, this company, or their audio products if you need a functioning app to get the most out of the features. I would currently rate this app at negative stars where that's owe about 10 before they could get back to zero!

Was given a new set of Monster Clarity 8s to try as a gift. While it's not required to work it, it lags behind most modern earbuds, even Gen 1 Airpods, if its home software isn't even accessible. Location is required at start-up, or you can't even use it; Crashes. Afterwards, it still barely reaches a homepage before crashing again. The earbuds can still access ANC without software, but it was half the reason I had interest in these IEMs. Monster disappoints, then leaves this behind in silence

The app is OK. I have 3 Monster Glo speakers and it's a nice feature to dial in what color you want your lights and the intensity. What I don't like is having to turn on your location while using the app. What for!??? Just an unnecessary drain on my battery. UPDATE: Devs fixed the lighting issue. One update that would be great is to be able to switch what speaker is transmitting from the app. Rather than physically manipulate the speakers themselves.
