If you don't interact with it every three minutes, it just disconnects. you can barely get through two songs, and then you have to restart it.And reconnect. if you're listening to a radio station and you listen to it for a few minutes and want to change the channel, you have to restart the app and reconnect. honestly, with the name like monster attached to it.You would think it would be a little better but it seems like everything else not very concerned with their customers Experience.

Easily, the most unintuitive and useless app in my phone. Each time you open it, it's literally making you start from the beginning as if you are just downloading the app for the first time. Then you have to scroll through the product line to pick your device (!) as if I have the whole product line to choose from in the Bluetooth range of my backyard...

I have the Rockin' Roller 360 speaker. When i got it, I turned it on, and the display lit up, but no buttons worked. Couldn't use or control anything from the speaker itself and couldn't return it because it was a gift and my dad doesn't keep receipts. So I took it home. Decided to try to download the app, and it worked! FULL functionality when using the app. Until the app broke. Now, it's a $280 box w/ wheels that's so quiet that it's not even worth using. Garbage product. Do not recommend it.
