challenging workouts that are easy to follow and can be done at home without needing a ton of equipment. I am 6 months postpartum with my second and am in better shape now than before I had my children! I have seen noticeable definition in muscles and been able to progress is strength skills that I used to not be able to do! Highly recommend using this app! Also, the meals are actually very simple and taste great! My family hasn't found one we don't like yet.

I have greatly enjoyed incorporating the Barre Definition app into my health and wellness routine. As a competitive dancer in my younger years, I appreciate the combination of progressive strength training and graceful movement. I have missed being able to dance in the way I use to, so these workouts have been a refreshing way to reengage my body and move it it beautifully again! I like the variety of Barre, Pilates and Classical Ballet programs. Grateful for Jacquelyn!!

Absolutely love these workouts! There are so many different options for workouts and length of workouts to fit any type of schedule you may have. I love that I can do them when it's convenient for my schedule. I love that I don't need any fancy equipment, and I definitely feel sore afterwards! Highly recommend!
