I have a new phone, followed the instructions such as shutting off my internet, and drove below the speed limit, but still had problems. Audio only played 70% of the time. When the audio did play, it often wouldn't play the first few seconds of the file picking up the speaker mid sentence. Occasionally the audio would play as we passed the attraction, we'd often say, gee that would have been need to see had he told us when we had a chance to pull over. Still better than no audio tour.

I purchased this for our trip to Acadia. I knew going in that cell service was spotty and download all of the maps. Unfortunately this app is an epic fail. Would not work for me even though I "Enabled" offline mode. I usually save all my way points in Google Maps but took a gamble on this. Very disappointed it did not work for me. I was looking forward to the commentary as we drove through the park this past week. If I could get a refund it would be much appreciated.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I downloaded the tour in advanced because there is no signal in the park. The app didn't work at all. There was no audio even though I checked in Advanced after downloading it. I then turned off the data and tried using the wifi, the app wouldn't even open. It also didn't go to the next stop at every new point along the route. Over all this was the worst experience and a complete fraud.
