This walking tour was enjoyable. It was both informative and interesting. I would recommend to anyone visiting Salem especially if it is their first time. I recommend doing it as one of the first things you do on your trip to get a sense of the layout, history, and places you want to spend more time seeing. One of the advantages of this tour is you are free to move at your own speed and not having to deal with so many people.

Loved this self guided tour! My brother and I at 7 pm and finished just before 9 pm soo interesting. So much history . we went on all the extended route as well.. Will definately recommend!

Great tour of downtown Salem. We did a guided tour before and this was so much better. No crowds, so much cheaper, and we went at our own pace. We got to learn about all the sights and the whole family had a blast.
