this is the worst app for esim I have every used. they are a scam. I took 2 esims unlimited data. I end up in the middle of the trip both been off . it seems like there was a data limit but it was never mentioned . note the time was not running out I took for a 5 days in the third day it was stopped. this is in my opinion the worst app I have used .

I had issues with my e-sim purchased and asked for help. The assistance I received was prompt, very clear instructions and very polite. The lady that helped me was Alice Charlotte. Thank you e-sim for the excellent service and assisstance.
