Great for lazy people I used to run often but got fat and very lazy. This app is really easing me back into it. Awesome!
Just ran my first 5k! It wasn't easy to get thru the training, but it was doable. I did have to restart my training once bc I had a lengthy attack of the lazies. When I finished the program I was worried bc the farthest I'd run was 2.86 miles. But I did a practice run a couple days after finishing the program and was able to run 3.76 miles with ease. I was able to complete the 3.1 miles during my first 5k a few days later without a problem. The only thing I did not like is that I had to play my music using a separate app.
Loving it and hating it. It's a great app, I hate it because my legs are killing me!
No GPS, no repeating workouts - free podcasts do it better! I love the program, the interface is nice, but why does the GPS have to be out by multiple kilometers on every single workout? No other tracking app is anywhere near this bad... come on, guys, you can do better! ETA: No way of recording repeated workouts, other than overwriting the previous? Holy inflexibility, Batman! At least quit telling me to start over when my last workout was yesterday. Oh, and the GPS still sucks.
Absolutely amazing support for the 5k program! A must have! Records distance, time and has your music automatically incorporated in the app. Glad I purchased it!
