I have to use this app/website for my son's swim team and it's honestly kind of hellacious to use. Trying to find the things I need: hell with ads for things I'm nowhere near. Trying to declare for meets: hell (it's a convoluted path akin to following the Cheshire cat's directions). It's so awful, for my purposes, that I've been tempted to learn to code and build an app from scratch for my city to use. It seems like it's supposed to be great... I just don't tap into those parts of it.

The management should really look into your mobile app and have a revamp. The interface is so bad and it is so hard to browse the events. Data is not synced. I enrolled into an event next year and it's not showing up on app - makes me wonder if I am with the same ACTIVE. I can see from review that this problem has been the same since few years ago. Covid is over for a while. It's time to get this sorted. Meanwhile I am just gonna delete this app. Wasting my space.

It sometimes shows my tickets and some events when I search but that's it. Need to add a feature that makes people able to transfer Open tickets to specific events and also show the QR of tickets that have been purchased. Seeing a ticket there does nothing for me if I can't scan it. For now I'm better off just using the website and deleting the app since it has no convenient features for me.
