I used this scale for years and had all kinds of data. Then it updated and is requiring me to register but it will only send an OTP to an Indian phone number. Before that it was very difficult to connect to the scale as well. The scale was fine when it worked with its analytics which were inline with the expensive ones at the gym. That however is worthless of the app is trash.

Very disappointed. Signup & Login doesn't work anymore. The latest apps fails with "Invalid server response, and support seems gone. The hardware is fine though. Solution: If the Bluetooth icon isn't visible, connect once using nRF Connect. Then use the Fitdays app—it detected my scale instantly and restored all body composition metrics. These devices works with few other applications as well. RIP Actofit. And I can have my peace of my mind as well now for not throwing away the device.

You can't even login now. Good only to make you frustrated. Update: Login works only on mobile data. Doesn't work with wifi. Update: The Actofit Device app doesn't work anymore. Unable to login and always get a msg saying "Invalid response format from server". Had this problem since 2 years and I wonder how this is being ignored. Pathetic support too. Can't raise a ticket from the Support section on the app. Get the same error while trying to give all the details and submit the ticket.
