this is sooo close to what i am looking for but not quite. i would love a feature that allows you to set an intention each time you open an app, not just unlock your phone. being able to toggle which apps (ie. social media, youtube) ask you for a prompt would be awesome. it's kind of annoying to be asked to set an intention for stuff that is already mindful and responsible like music, maps, or texting.

A great app for staying on track and making sure you're not wasting time on your phone! It's easy to get on your phone and end up 30 minutes later scrolling through Instagram wondering why you were on your phone in the first place. The only thing I would change is a feature to disable the app from certain hours. For example, I unlock my phone every few minutes at the gym to see the next workout, so it would be nice if I could have it not ask me each time from say, 7am - 8am when I'm working out.

While I enjoy the idea, I am not sure how many times I just press "dismiss", I think somethings need to change, for starters, have the options when you open the phone to just select an app you want to use, instead of typing it, and I think there should also be "scheduled sessions" where if you lift the phone during those hours it'll have that pop-up, otherwise, the idea is pretty solid, and I can't wait to see what else can be implemented with the all.
