The device always lost connection to apps. After their new upgrade on firmware, the device must update daily before 12am else the past day will not be sync to apps again. Apps also always said unable identify device. Contacted actxa support but issue still havn't fixed till now. Can you upgrade your apps pseudocode so that your device automatically can detect that we are sleeping instead of we have to tell your device that we are sleeping now
Unable to wake up the Swift plus After setting the watch to sleep mode, when waking up i keep pressing the touch screen that I am awake. It does not at work at all. After resetting my phone several times, still doesn't work.Horrible watch !!! Waste my money buying this damn thing. I am going to throw this f**king thing away.....
Can't sync or unpair Actxa swift with app E-mail support team directed me to send a support request through the Actxa app, but the request was never answered. Actxa swift band is now unable to sync with both Actxa app and Healthy 365 app since 13 Dec 2016. Tracker firmware can't be updated through the app as well, even though the Bluetooth icon is displayed on the tracker screen.
Horrible. Can never sync whatever I do. No point using something like this. I can even see and pair the device via Bluetooth menu on the phone, but not via the app. Clearly something hasn't been tested before it went to market.
Very poor app.Has sync issue.logging sleep does not work always. Sleep monitoring is very poor. We have to login into app Everytime to say that we are going to sleep.Data shown in app is always wrong. Mailed the team multiple times with screenshots still didn't resolve the issue neither the device have been replaced.
This is the first time I am writing a review because of how terrible the app is. I bought swift plus, the band works fine tracking steps, but the app is just terrible. It is not worth the money to get this fitness tracker, Mi band costs less and is smarter. Internet connection is required to operate the app when it is supposed to link to the band via bluetooth. If you are in a place without internet, good luck. The sleep log is terrible, manual logging is required. Need to turn on WiFi and Bluetooth and log when you are going to sleep and when you wake up. Also, it doesn't track if its less than 30mins of sleep. Hence, the sleep log is not real time tracking. If you are buying this to track your sleep, look at other fitness bands. Also, the alarm set doesn't work if Bluetooth is off. Don't tell the users to write to the support team separately, please convey our reviews to the support team on how the unhappy the users are with the app. Improve the app so that there won't be negative reviews henceforth. Thank you.
