pretty interface but garbage functionality. bugs - 1) connecting to your car fails as the email links don't send 2) no apparent way to connect to EVGo to link accounts for credits 3) no included "how to" videos to navigate their poorly designed app 4) main page takes you to a "buy the zdx" acura website page. no one wants to go here after your already bought the vehicle

This is probably the worst app I've ever experienced. I've had my zdx for two weeks and have only been able to connect once. Hyundai has a better app, that's embarrassing. The app itself doesn't really seem to offer a lot either besides baseline functionality compared to what I was able to do with Tesla or even Hyundai. Hyundai is putting you to shame. That's terrible. Not a good experience for my first Acura.

This App is a total disgrace! There is no excuse for this kind of slow, unresponsive functionality, especially in a $73,000 car. The app takes forever to communicate with the car and,half the time,fails to complete commands. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! Update 1/1/25: There have been absolutely no improvements to this abysmal app despite multiple calls to tech support. When you finally get through to them, they are useless. This will be my first and last Acura!
