New for 2024 Prologue: with the HondaLink app, you can take control with remote commands, check your charge status, locate your vehicle, and redeem your charging credits* for EVgo charging network. Activate HondaLink Connected by OnStar in the app for safety and connectivity services.

Use HondaLink® app with compatible Honda vehicles to access features such as remote commands, vehicle status, scheduling service appointments, roadside assistance, and more.

Features availability:
The HondaLink® app has exciting remote control features like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, and Find My Car. Available for 2018+ Odyssey Touring/Elite, 2018-2022 Accord Touring and 2023+ Accord all trims, 2019+ Insight Touring, 2019+ Pilot Touring/Elite/Black Edition*, 2019+ Passport Touring/Elite*, 2023+ Civic Type R*, 2023+ CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid, and 2023+ Pilot Touring/Elite vehicles. Battery charge monitoring and control is available for Clarity Electric and Plug-in Hybrid vehicles.

*Remote Engine Start is currently not available for 2019-2022 Pilot Touring/Elite/Black Edition, 2019+ Passport Touring/Elite, and 2023+ Civic Type R vehicles.

HondaLink subscription package may be required.

The app itself is fine. Its connecting your android phone wireless via Bluetooth to the car that doesn't work. Nothing wrong with your phone. It's the hondalink in the car that doesn't work. You have to do complicated restart to get it to work for few weeks. After few weeks, you have to redo the process all over again. To restart the honda system in your car, search on YouTube.

Garbage! I have called support. Escalated three levels up 3 times. My app and car won't connect. The last call, I was told that my app, not my car, my app, is registered under the previous owners email address. If they can change it, it'll take days. That has been 3 weeks. Update. They just called me back and I'm able to connect now. They said it's because they no longer link without a paid subscription so they had to do it on their end.

Purchased and got billed, have an invoice and transaction number. Subscription is not active and says I need to subscribe (I already did). If I click on that button it takes me to the page where I can see it was billed today. I've updated, logged in and out, and un-installed the app multiple times. So frustrated
