I emailed developer about a bar at bottom that prevents you from seeing incidents, he finally fixed it, this is best traffic app for SO. CAL, help this guy out, download!

Better than CHP webpage. Don't have to select each region & more info combined in one app. MAP SCREEN ISSUES: Phone onscreen navigation buttons cover CARR buttons. Fix, add layers button, or provide menu at top. 2)Road closures should highlight closed route, not just icons. 3)Needs to auto-update. LIST SCREEN ISSUES: 1)First heading is not visible. 2)First incident line is mostly covered. 3)Bottom line is grayed & covered by navigation buttons. 4)Needs to auto-update. 5)Add collapsible sections.

I used to love this app but unfortunately I have been unable to get it to load on my phone for a couple months now. Thankfully my employer issued us iphones and that version is still working but I'd much rather have it on my own phone.
