Ratings and reviews

It's evident that Adani One engages in deceptive practices. They advertise hotel rooms as fully refundable at a low price, only to unveil a substantial convenience fee upon payment. Worse still, if you attempt to cancel, you'll find this fee is non-refundable. Unlike reputable portals like MakeMyTrip and Cleartrip, Adani One resorts to fraudulent tactics. In my case, despite providing supporting documents for a medical emergency, they callously refused to refund the convenience fee!

For the 1st time I was stuck in between payment booking for train. Amount was debited but nothing showing in order section nor got any mail. When I spoke with CC , told there were some glitches for UPI payment need to wait for 7 days for the refund. 1st impression was the last impression. Hope I received my money back

Worst experience . I tried to book the train on this app .money got deducted but no confirmation text from the site or the app they throw me to the back menu . Money has been detected. Tried to contact with the customer care no response from their side as well .no helpline number provided .if my money doesn't get back gonna file a legal action on it.
