I tried to pay for Gong Cha Causeway Point on 9 November with my KrisPay miles but there were errors. The 840 miles were deducted from my account but it did not show in the transaction history. In the end, I made another payment with whatever miles that were left for the purchase. I feedback to Singapore Airlines customer service about this issue since 11 November. After many correspondences, they said they will investigate. Today is 28 December and there is still nothing from them.
