Quite disappointed. I joined this program recently. Was trying to redeem one of the offers but failed, but my credit card got billed for it. With the shop owner helping our 2nd attempt is successful. The shop owner reminded me to call/email support to get the first billing as they did not receive it too. I waited for 2 weeks without any reply. Very poor support desk. Will not use it again once the case is resolved (hopefully). Added: Thank you for your reply. the email given by you is hopeless.

i was shown few discount I can redeem as new customer stating by Aug but when I try to redeem it is not allow. I email in many times but no respond. can someone get back to.me soon . reply ask me email and I did but still no reply. really very bad experience . think I should give up this app. omg

very poor interface to browse and select product. confusing terminologies for kris+, sq kris flyer etc.
